1. Alpha Software Notice
HavenWorld is pre-release software currently undergoing active alpha development. Bugs, service interruptions, unexpected disconnections, and performance issues are expected. Game data, player progress, virtual inventory, personal room layouts, and currencies may be reset or wiped between updates without prior notice.
2. Age Requirement (COPPA Compliance)
You must be at least 13 years of age or older to register an account, participate in chat, or access HavenWorld services. By creating an account or using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
3. Acceptable Use Policy
HavenWorld is designed as a safe, welcoming, and creative community. Users agree to abide by the following standards. You shall not engage in:
- Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or hate speech targeting any person or group.
- Spamming, automated messaging, bot manipulation, or chat flood attacks.
- Exploiting bugs, speed hacks, item duplication, or packet tampering.
- Impersonating HavenWorld developers, moderators, or other community members.
- Transmitting unauthorized commercial advertisements or malicious code.
4. Account Actions & Termination
HavenWorld administrators and moderators reserve the right to temporarily suspend, mute, or permanently ban any account, revoke invite codes, or restrict access to any or all features at any time, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or disruptive conduct.
5. Data Collection & Account Usage
HavenWorld collects basic account credentials (username, email address, password hashes), diagnostic server logs (such as IP addresses), and in-game activity states (avatar customization, room layouts, item inventories, chat logs) strictly for account management, security, and game operation. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")
HavenWorld is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No uptime guarantees, availability commitments, or data preservation warranties are made during alpha testing.
